Frequently Asked Questions
How soon will I receive my order?
If you have ordered one of my downloadable card sets or posters you should receive your file via email as soon as payment has been made. If for any reason it doesn't arrive please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.
If you have ordered a personalized or custom poster I need 1-2 working days to complete the design. Once the file is ready I will send it to you via email. You should also receive notification from Etsy once the file has been sent.
How will I receive my downloadable file?
Your order will be sent to you via email as a PDF file(s).
If you have ordered a custom/personalized poster this will take 1-2 working days to arrive.
For all other items the file should be emailed to you as soon as payment has been made. If you do not receive an email please contact me and I will be happy to help.
How do I print my order?
You will receive your file as a PDF which means you should easily be able to print it out on a home or office printer.
Alternatively, you could use one of the many high street printers or you could choose to order prints through an online printers. Simply follow the onscreen instructions to upload the file and order your print in the correct size.

What is mindfulness and how does it help my child?
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment and of being aware of our surroundings and what we are doing at that particular point in time.
These days, so much of what we call stress is actually worry about what is going to happen or what has already happened. When we are practising mindfulness, we forget all that and concentrate simply on the present moment.
Children are naturally mindful so that makes it a great age to introduce a regular mindfulness practice that they can take into adulthood with them.
Just a few minutes of mindfulness a day can help kids to: strengthen their self control
lower feelings of stress and anxiety
help to raise self esteem
improve emotional regulation.
What are positive affirmations and how do they help my child?
Affirmations are simple phrases that children can repeat often to themselves. In time, the positive words are absorbed by the mind and start to form part of the child's belief system. The more often the affirmation is repeated, the more stronger that belief becomes.
Affirmations can be a really effective way for your child to build their self-esteem and self-worth. If they are using positive self-talk on a daily basis they will start feeling more positive about themselves.
If your child is younger and not yet reading you can simply speak the words to them each day.
